After the success of Ties for Success to mentor young men, the City of Hinesville has embarked upon a similar program for young women. Dozens of young women came out Saturday morning to the Live Oak Church in Hinesville to hear the stories of women who overcame obstacles in their lives to become business owners in the first Dress for Success event
