The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Sass & Grace Boutique & Hair Salon on Friday, March 8 at its location 229 General Screven Way, Suite N-2, Hinesville.

Lilian Gray, Liberty County Chamber of Commerce board member, welcomed those in attendance and congratulated co-owner Sandi Lugo on her new business in downtown Hinesville.

“This day could not have been more appropriate to do a ribbon cutting, as we also celebrate International Women’s Day,” said Gray.

Lugo thanked those in attendance and gave a brief history of the business. “So, the three of us, Penny Torres, Michelle Duncan and myself, were expecting to open Sass & Grace later on. However, we got our feet wet with a few projects for the boutique and the rest is history,” she said.
