Mike Reed, general manager of NeSmith Chevrolet of Hinesville, announced the dealership has been named title sponsor of Marne Week 2008 at Fort Stewart. The week will include several events to celebrate the 3rd Infantry Division’s 91st birthday.
Planned festivities will take place from Monday-Friday, Nov.17-21 and include a mini fair for children, a free concert and a formal ball. The events are free and open to anyone with a military ID.
NeSmith Chevrolet of Flemington provides ongoing support to the families and soldiers of the 3rd ID year round.
“We really appreciate what the soldiers do for all of us and we are proud to celebrate this great division together,” Reed said.
NeSmith will continue to work with Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation organizations to better serve soldiers and their families.
