All hell breaks loose in 'Max Payne'

Published by Rockstar Games and developed by Rockstar Studios, "Max Payne 3" invites players to assume the role of Max once again in this third-person shooter mayhem. This time around, Payne has left the NYPD for a new adventure in faraway Brazil. The signature in-game bullet-time feature allows players to live out "Matrix"-style run-and-gun animations.

Helicopter used to install new power line

Motorists traveling on I-95 through Liberty County this week probably have noticed a helicopter hovering low over the salt marsh near the northbound lanes. Eighty- to 100-foot steel poles necessary to support high-voltage power lines are being installed with an air-crane helicopter, according to Jeannine Haynes, public affairs director for Georgia Transmission Corporation.
