Hinesville's District 5 city councilman Kenneth Shaw will hold a town hall meeting on Wednesday July 23, at 6:30 p.m. in the city council meeting room at city hall.
The called meeting will provide residents with an update on new and on-going city projects and give them the opportunity to comment on issues they consider important to the city.
Hinesville police chief, George Stagmeier and chief building inspector, Steve Welborn will be present to respond to any questions or concerns residents have.
"Please try to attend this important town hall meeting," Councilman Shaw said. "As your representative on city council, I need your ideas, input, suggestions and guidance in order to represent you effectively."
