Mr. and Mrs. Terry Ricks of Villa Rica are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Terri Lynn Ricks, to Christopher Valentine, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Valentine of Hinesville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Elsberry and the late Mr. and Mrs. A.T. Ricks of Villa Rica. She is a 2003 graduate of Villa Rica High School and a 2007 graduate of Shorter College with a bachelor's of science in mathematics education. She is currently employed with the Carroll County School System as a teacher.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar M. Edwards Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Valentine of Hinesville. He is a 2003 graduate of Liberty County High School and 2006 graduate of Shorter College with a bachelor's of science in mathematics. He is also currently employed with the Carroll County School System as a teacher.
The wedding is planned for June 7 at the First Baptist Church of Villa Rica. A reception will follow the ceremony. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
