SAVANNAH — The Coastal Bank recently hired Richelle Barrett as the bank manager at the Hinesville office. Her responsibilities include directing and managing the staff and operations of the branch.
Barrett has more than 10 years of banking industry experience. Before joining The Coastal Bank, she was the assistant branch manager and loan officer for Southeastern Bank’s Richmond Hill branch, where she was responsible for the teller activity, customer service, achieving retail sales targets and delivering profitable service. She also was a relationship banker at BB&T in Savannah and a customer service representative at Bank Midwest in Chillicothe, Mo.

A native of Chillicothe, Mo., Barrett graduated in 2000 from Missouri Western State College with a bachelor’s in business administration. In 2007, she graduated from the Community Bankers Association’s Consumer Lending School. She is also a graduate of Leadership Bryan County.
