Leah Winkles of Fleming has been selected to participate in the 2010 Miss Georgia Teen USA Pageant.
The daughter of John and Mary Winkles will be competing as Miss Liberty County Teen in the pageant in Cartersville Nov. 12-14.
Competitions include swimsuit, evening gown and interview. The winner will go on to represent the state in a Miss Teen USA pageant next year.
Winkles says she likes to play basketball and volleyball and describes herself as fun and outgoing. Her hobbies include scrapbooking and her ambition is to be a dentist.
She is sponsored by family and friends.
