Live Oak Public Libraries programs at the Liberty Branch and Midway-Riceboro Branch libraries have been set for May:•
• All Live Oak branches will be closed on May 25 for Memorial Day.
• Preschool Storytime for ages 3-4, Monday, May 4, 10:30 a.m. at Liberty Branch in Hinesville for stories, songs, and more.
• Tree Tots Storytime for ages 1-2, Tuesday, May 5, 10:30 a.m. at Liberty Branch Library for stories, songs, and more.
• Clifford the Big Red Dog visits on Monday, May 11, 9 a.m. at Liberty Branch Library. Join the fun as Clifford helps celebrate Children’s Book Week. Enjoy story time, crafts, and lots of fun. For more information, call 368-4003.
• Computer practice sessions; Thursdays, May 7 and 21, 10:30 a.m. at Liberty Branch Library. Come and practice all of the things you have learned in the past computer classes, or were afraid to try alone at home. All skill levels are welcome. To register, call the library at 368-4003.
• Introduction to Internet searches on Wednesday, May 13, at 7 p.m. Liberty Branch, a beginner’s course on using the Internet. The class will cover using the Internet Explorer browser to navigate through the Internet and print web pages.  Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows or equivalent knowledge. To register, call the library at 368-4003.
• Introduction to Windows on Thursday, May 14, 10:30 a.m. at Liberty Branch. The beginners course on how to use the library computers will cover using a mouse, manipulating the windows and printing. To register, call the library at 368-4003.
• Introduction to Word, Tuesday, May 19, 7 p.m. and on Thursday, May 28, 10:30 a.m. at Liberty Branch. The beginners course on using this popular word processing software. Learn how to create, print, and save a document. Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows or equivalent knowledge. To register, call the library at 368-4003.
